Liquid-liquid phase separation has unique advantages in undruggable targets. Through years of exploration and research, we have conducted a long-term study on the phase separation characteristics of undruggable targets, summarized and established a set of processes for developing new targets and screening optimized compounds.

Our platform uses the evaluation data of gene liquid-liquid phase separation to assist in the optimization of compound structure. For most targets without stable structure such as transcription factors, optimization based on structure-activity relationship is difficult to achieve. By evaluating the changes of liquid-liquid separation of compounds, a new perspective is provided for this kind of targets. These data provide strong support for us to optimize the structure of compounds and improve drug efficacy, and also help us better understand the mechanism of action of drugs.
